What we collect

We collect only the information you give us or that is needed to serve you: your name, email, phone number, and business details when you contact us, book a consultation, join our email list, or become a client. If you buy a digital product, your name, email, and billing details are collected by our payment processors so they can complete your purchase.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe and Gumroad. We never see or store your full card number. Scheduling is handled through Calendly, and our email list runs on Kit (formerly ConvertKit); information you enter there is handled under their privacy policies as well.

Cookies

This website uses Google Analytics, a standard visitor-statistics tool, to understand how many people visit, which pages they read, and where they found us. Google Analytics sets cookies for that counting and reports it to us in aggregate — we do not sell that data, and this site runs no advertising trackers. Third-party services you choose to use from this site (such as Calendly or Stripe checkout) may set their own cookies under their policies.

How we use your information

To respond to you, deliver services and products you requested, send invoices and receipts, and — only if you signed up — send our newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time with one click. We do not sell your personal information, ever.

Your choices

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@kingdomledgerbookkeeping.com. We respond within a reasonable time.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
