Volume & accounts
How many bank and credit card accounts you run, and roughly how many transactions move through them each month.
Complexity
Job costing, progress billing, multiple entities, or sales across several channels all add work — and value — to your books.
How far behind you are
Current books cost less than a rescue. Cleanups are quoted as your monthly rate multiplied by the months behind, so the math is always transparent.
